Please fill out our online booking form providing as much information as possible and we will be in touch to confirm our availability and travel costs to your location.
A 30% non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your booking date. Your booking is not confirmed until the booking fee is received by us. This booking fee is not transferable to another person. By paying the booking fee, you agree to our terms and conditions. Remaining amount is due in full 7 days prior to your event date.
If you are having to cancel your booking for any reason including, but not limited to, health pandemics, change in government regulations, weather events, travel limitations, venue closures, personal and financial reasons, your payment is not refundable.
In the unlikely event that Makeup Station is unable to attend to your booking due to sickness, injury, personal emergency, or any other circumstance beyond our control, we will do our best to find a replacement artist or refund 100% of the amount already paid by you.
If you are having to postpone your booking, we are happy to transfer your booking fee to your new date within 1 year of the original, strictly subject to our availability. If our team is not available on your new date or if your new date is more than 1 year after the original date, your booking fee is not refundable or transferable. Prices are subject to change for your new, postponed date.
Each artist on our team has their own kit of professional makeup and hair products that they love.
Please advise us as soon as possible if you have allergies or sensitivities. We can use natural products we have in our kits or alternatively we can use your own makeup products if you prefer.
Yes, lashes are complimentary with all of our services.
A travel fee will be calculated at $1 per km return from City Center plus any tolls with a minimum of $20 call out fee. This covers petrol and car usage. In addition to this, we charge an hourly rate of $25 + GST per artist, for the time spent traveling, as at this time we cannot take other work. If travel to your venue is more than 3 hours, an overnight accommodation will also be required.
We allow 45-60 minutes per makeup or hair.
Bridal makeup and hair preview takes around 2.5 hours.
We recommend having your preview around 1-2 months before your wedding day.
No, the client does not need to wear a mask while we do either makeup or hair.
Yes, GST will be added to your final invoice.
